Enrollment Acceptance Letter
This letter will be emailed to you and will need to be signed within 48 hours of it being sent. In addition to the acceptance letter you will recieve a tuition/enrollment agreement. This agreement will state the following:
Proof of Identity
Each family must send in proof of identity for your child(dren) in order to attend. The acceptable forms of POI are include a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, birth registration card, notification of birth (hospital, physician or midwife record), passport, copy of the placement agreement or other proof of the child’s identity from a child placing agency (foster care and adoption agencies), record from a public school in Virginia, certification by a principal or his designee of a public school in the U. S. that a certified copy of the child’s birth record was previously presented or copy of the entrustment agreement conferring temporary legal custody of a child to an independent foster parent.
Virginia Health Form (Aka VA Health Form)
Please be sure that page 1 is completed by you in its entirety with your signature at the bottom. Any questions on the form that do not apply to you please mark "n/a". Pages 2-4 are for your child's pediatrician to complete with a signature. Please note: every page that is completed by the doctor MUST have a physicians signature this includes all attached documents as well. All incomplete VA Health forms will be returned for completition and can result in a new start date for your child.
Parent Handbook Signature
Please be sure that you sign and read your parent handbook by the due date listed on the tuition/enrollment agreement.
For the safety of your child(ren) we ask that all known medical conditions and or medications that require documentation must (allergy plans, asthma plans, etc.) be submmited before your child can start. Please do not forget that the physicians signature must be on these documents. Any updates on these forms should be submitted to the office immediately.
Your child's comfort in our program is our priorty. If your child(ren) has an IEP or any disabiliites please be sure to submit this during the enrollment process. Once submitted we will be sure to make time during the parent orientation to discuss along with the teacher.

Step 1: Inquire/Tour
Please click on the button below to submit an inquiry form. This form will be received by the director and they will contact you within 24 hours if not sooner about your submission. During this call, the director will ask you more about your child's specific needs, review important information about the program, and schedule you for a tour. During your tour, you will receive additional information on our programs as well as our tuition and fees. Tours with us typically take 20 to 30. During our tours, we want to be sure to not only inform you of our wonderful programming but also want to be sure that all of your questions are answered before you make a final decision.
Step 2: Complete and submit application
After attending a tour, you are invited to submit an application and a non-refundable application fee for consideration of enrollment. Within one week of submission, you will be notified of your application status. If there is currently no availability in a specific classroom, you can be added to the waitlist. Once you receive the acceptance letter, we will give you 48 hours to accept or decline. If we do not receive your acceptance letter submission from you by the 48th hour we will place you on the waitlist and move to the next applicant. Traditionally we give a week's time (excluding the health form which is two weeks) for all paperwork to be submitted. If additional time is needed please be sure to speak with the director. We must receive all paperwork, applicable fees, and required documentation in order for your start date to become effective.
Step 3: Paperwork and Parent Orienation Meeting
We will schedule a time for you to attend the Parent Orientation meeting. At this meeting, we will discuss the handbook, make sure all paperwork and payments have been submitted and answer any additional questions. Please be sure to review our Parent Handbook prior to your parent orientation.
First Day of School
The first day is finally here! We do understand this can be a time of excitement but also a time where anxiety ensues. We're here for you and your child! We will use our Procare Portal to display pictures and videos of your child's first day and every day after that. Feel
